She is a sort after speaker and workshop facilitator, and she travels all over the world to share her knowledge. Amy develops and conducts research studies in the fields of Yoga, Yoga Therapy, health and Psychology. She is the Founder & Director of Optimal State of Living™, which provides Yoga & Yoga Therapy Training Programs. Over the last 25 years, she has been a Yoga Teacher & Sport Psychology Consultant to many health professionals & elite-level athletes, including the Los Angeles Lakers, various Professional Athletic Teams and five U.S. Olympic/National Teams.
